In residence were Rose's parents Elizabeth (55) and Albert Johnson (54) and their children Ida (17), Lloyd (24) and his wife Amy (27). Thomas notes he immigrated from England in 1892.

Attestation papers were signed 8 Sep 1915 in Port Arthur, Ontario. Thomas Ringrose was born 18 Dec 1889 in Liverpool, England. His Next of Kin was his wife, Rose Ringrose of 291 Grenville Avenue, Port Arthur, Ontario. He was a Teamster by trade. He had previous Military experience with the 96th LSR. 5" 6 1/2" in height with blue eyes and dark brown hair. His religion was listed as Wesleyan.

Commonwealth War Graves Registers states that Thomas died of wounds at the Military Hospital in Bethnal Green, Greater London, England. His Next of Kin was his wife, Rosa Belle Ringrose of Treherne, Manitoba. Thomas was buried in City of London Cemetery and Crematorium, Newham, Greater London, England. Plot: 235. 91039.

1921 Canadian Census records place Rosa Ringrose in residence with her parents Elizabeth and Albert Johnson in MacDonald, Manitoba.
