NotesA birth registration was found for Frank Henry Pinnock: Year of Registration: 1886; Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar; District: Birmingham (1837-1924); County: Warwickshire; Volume: 6d; Page: 184.

In 1891, Frank Pennock, 5 years of age, was residing with his mother, Ellen Pnnock, 30, button coverer, at 1 Vulcan Place, St. George, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, along with his maternal grandmother, Ellen Barnes, 66, nurse; and a lodger, Emma Bevans, 58, nurse. (Source: 1891 Census of England; Class: RG12; Piece: 2392; Folio 47; Page 16; GSU roll: 6097502.)

In 1896, F[rank] Pinnock, 10 (along with his sister, Alice Pinnock, 11), arrived in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, with a group of 138 children from Birmingham, England, en route to the Middlemore Home in Halifax.

In 1901, Frank Pinnock, 15, is shown as a domestic / farmer laborer for David and Mary Griffiths in Stanley, York, New Brunswick, Canada. Her date of birth is shown as June 1, 1884 and her immigration year as 1896. Also residing as domestics in this home were Frank's brother, Frederick Pinnock, 21, and his sister, Alice Pinnock, 16. [EDITORS NOTE: Fred gave his daughter, Marion, the middle name of Griffiths, which leads one to believe that this was a good relationship.]

On July 8, 1914, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, a marriage was registered between Frank H. Pinnock, 28, farmer, residing in Stanley, New Brunswick, Canada, born in Birmingham, England, son of Levi and Ellen Pinnock; and another home child, Nellie Clark, 23, born in England, daughter of Clara Hartland. [Nellie's sister, Cecile, married Frank's brother, Frederick Pinnock in 1908. Frederick Pinnock and Thomas Griffiths, son of David and Mary Griffiths, witnessed the marriage.]

On March 18, 1922, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, Frank Henry Pinnock married again to Vera Winifred Smith. (Number: 3396; Reference: B4/1922; Microfilm: F19682)
