NotesWilly came to Canada with his sister Ethel. They left England 11 September 1899 and arrived in Quebec on 21 September 1899. From there Ethel went to Peterborough, Ontario and Willy was shipped Winnipeg Manitoba. His last known address with Barnardos was with a Mr. Donald Kippen at Minnedosa, Manitoba, May 1907. He was the son of WILLIAM Joseph Porter ELLEN Garratt.
