In 1901, Elsie Berry, 6 years of age, was shown residing at 124 Townmead Road, South Fulham, London, England. Other family members included: Frederick Berry, 3; George Berry, 4; George H. In 1909, Elsie Berry, 14, arrived at Quebec, Canada, along with a group of 83 children en route to Stratford, Ontario, Canada. (Sister, Rose L. Berry, 15, arrived with Macpherson's Homes on the Tunisian in 1908.)

On August 2, 1913, at St. Catherines, Lincoln, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Elsie Berry, 18, born in England to George Henry Berry and Lucy Robins; and Edward Albert Corney, 21, born in Brooklyn, New York, USA, to Lawrence Joshua Corney and Jane Board.

Elsie Eliza A. Berry Corney Died in May, 1945, in her 50th year at Newburgh, New York, USA, and is buried in the Corney plot at Woodlawn Cemetery at New Windsor, New York, along with her husband Edward Albert Corney, who died in 1947; Edward Lawrence Corney, who died April 20, 1999; and Agnes May Fullerton Corney, who died April 19, 1980.
