Frederick C. Foan of Moosejaw, Sask., arrived Friday at Albert Peak's to join his wife and daughter. It is expected that Mr. Foan will secure a position and remain in the East.

In September 1918, Frederick Charles Foan registered for the United States Draft. He declared that he resided at 29 Pleasant Street, St. Johnsbury, Vermont; that his date of birth was April 29, 1880; that he was a declarant alien from England; that he was a manager for the A&P Tea Company, at 92 Railroad Street; and that his next of kin was his wife, Mrs. Mabelle A Foan, who resided at 29 Pleasant Street, St. Johnsbury, Vermont. He was described as medium height; medium build; blue eyes; black hair.

On June 20, 1934, Fred C. Foan, 55, store manager, committed suicide by hanging in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, United States. His informant was his wife, Mabel Foan who stated that his parents names were Fred Charles Foan and Sarah Ann May, and that he had been born in Middlesex, England.
