Notes I have recently become aware of Mildred and have gathered a little info, but am still looking for much more!
Mildred would be my great, great aunt and was first noticed on the 1901 English Census at the age of six, living in Waltham Abbey, Essex, England with her parents and siblings.
Just two years later she was on a ship, The Tunisian, heading for Quebec. WHY?
I have in my possession a letter from Stratford, Ontario in connection with The Annie MacPherson Home of Hackney, London, UK from a Mrs I? J? Brown (Clinton, Ontario, possibly 27 Queen Street) stating--
"Mildred is married, has a good husband and a comfortable, well-furnished home of her own. She would be glad to hear of her two brothers in london, England. Has written nine? times without receiving a reply".
I have also found that she married a James T Brown and have even found a photo of their gravestone in Huron County, Ontario. Which can be viewed here--

I have contacted the MacPherson home in London, but all of their records were destroyed in a WW2 bombing.
