Elizabeth Riddle, aged 13, from West Derby Union, placed with Mrs. J. Cunningham, Rockwood P.O., Wellington Co., Ontario. Has lived with Mrs. Cunningham for three years; strong, healthy, and is well clothed, goes to school and church regularly (Methodist). Mrs. Cunningham has adopted her and is very fond of her, and the child is happy and contented."
