Martha Jones, aged 12 years. With Neal Rolfson, Township of Medea. She has a very nice place, and is used as one of the family, and likes her home, and the family like her very well."

Taken to bring up as one of the family, goes to school part of time and church (W.M.). Mrs. R. likes the girl well and has no wish to part with her; she is in good health, well clothed and happy, and would not like to change her home. She has a most excellent home, Mr. R. is clerk of the township, &c."
