Notes Sent by Bristol Union
with Mrs George Earl, widow, Urquharts, Kings, NB,
August 14 1902
Age 10, fair home, employed at odd chores, good health, attends Baptist Church, no schooling here as yet, character-good disposition, terms-Board and Clothing. Verbal Agreement.
Mrs Earl states that "Morgan is not a child that one could take to". He is not able to do much work or be depended upon, In my opinion, and I fear they expect rather much of him. He has not attended school, but should do so, as he cannot read. He appears to be quite contented, however.
