Notes Sent by Bristol Union
with Arthur Holder, farmer, Holderville. Kings, NB
August 15 1902
Age 13, comfortable home, employed at general chores, good health, attends Methodist Church and Sunday School, not Public School, generally well behaved but rather sulky disposition. Terms-Board and Clothing. Verbal Understanding. In my opinion this boy does not suit the situation. His primary education is limited, and he should be sent to school, at least during the winter months. They complain of his slowness, and, in fact, had very little to report concerning him which was favourable. The lad states he is contented here.
