Age 14, excellent home, only child, employed at light work around the house, health generally good, he sometimes complains of having a sore ear, but they do not think that this amounts to anything, attends english church, and school daily. His teacher informed me that he was making good progress at school, character-good disposition, no fault to find with him. Terms-he is to be adopted as soon as the necessary papers are made out. This child has, in my opinion, been well placed and he appreciates his lot. Mrs Boyd treats him as if he were her own child. He attends school every day; is well clad; happy and contented.
