"Copy of Reports of Inspection of Pauper Children sent out to Canada made by Immigration Officers of the Dominion Government and received from the Colonial Office on the 12th December 1888.

Report of Mr. W. J. Wills, Government Immigration Agent at Ottawa.

Walter Taylor, aged 14. From St. Saviour's Union. Placed with John Howe, Lot 2, Con. 1, Manotick P.O., Tp. of N. Gower, Co. Carleton, Ontario.?Likes his place, is warmly clothed and in a very comfortable home."
