Notes In 1887, John Mahoney, 14, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 73 children from the Canadian Catholic Emigration Committee, Archbishops House, Westminster, London, England, accompanied by Rev. Thomas Seddon and en route to Ottawa and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
