Notes In 1887, Henry Manning, 15, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 73 children from the Canadian Catholic Emigration Committee, Archbishops House, Westminster, London, England, accompanied by Rev. Thomas Seddon and en route to Ottawa and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Henry Manning, aged 16. From Woolwich Union. Placed with Thos. Tierney, Lot 27, Con. 6, Fallowfield P.O., Co. Carleton, Ontario. ?Is placed with a remarkably wealthy farmer in a very comfortable home."
