Notes In 1887, Daniel Keefe, 13, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 60 boys accompanied by Cardinal Manning and en route to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Daniel Keefe, aged 14. From St. Olave's Union. Placed with Miss Dawson, Lot 9, Con. 1, Jockvale P.O., Co. Carleton, Ontario.? This boy could not be better placed, has a most excellent place; a very clever, good, and industrious boy."
