[EDITORS NOTE: Clarification is required as to the marital situation for Samuel and Sarah. Samuel declares that he was a widower in 1920, and his son, Theodore Kiss, 12, is shown living as the adopted son of Alfred and Kate Grueber in Frankenmuth, Michigan. In 1930, no trace can be found of Samuel Kiss, and Theodore Kiss, 23, is shown residing with his maternal uncle, Wilder V. McFadyen in San Francisco, California. However, numerous family trees indicate that his mother, Sarah McFadyen, actually did not die until 1965 in Los Angeles, California.]
