"Copy of Reports of Inspection of Pauper Children sent out to Canada made by Immigration Officers of the Dominion Government and received from the Colonial Office on the 12th December 1888.

Walter Carney, aged 13. From St. Olave's Union. Placed with John Mulligan, Lot 2, Con. 2, Quyon P.O., Co. Pontiac, P.Q.?A nice good boy, and remarkably well placed; attends school and church ; well clothed."
