with Father Pelletier, P.P, P.O Luskville, Eardley Twp, Ottawa, Quebec
December 12 1900
Age 16, excellent home, employed at general work about the Parsonage, good health, attends Roman Catholic Church, no schooling, character-a well behaved boy. Terms-Receives board and clothing. This boy is very comfortably situated; likes his work; which consists principally in caring for the horse and cow, and gardening during the summer months. He is well cared for; a bright lad; and ought to do well. He has been a year in his present place. Father Pelletier was absent from home but his housekeeper informed me that this boy was very satisfactory.

Age 16, Mitchell has just left his original situation and is now employed at Russell House (Hotel) Ottawa, in the pantry. He is said to be a boy of rather exemplary character. He should do well in his present place
