Notes Sent from Richmond Union
with Matthew Morris, farmer, P.O Wilson's Corners, Wakefield Twp, Ottawa, Quebec
December 13 1900
Age 16, fair home, employed at general farm work, general health good, attends Roman Catholic Church, no schooling, good character, terms-board and $1 per month applied toward clothing. The boy seems satisfied here, and has no complaints to make. He is quite satisfied with his work. He says that he has everything he wants. While his general health is good, his scalp is subject to a rash. His employer calls it scald-head. I instructed Mr Morris to take him to a physician for treatment. He has had this rash ever since coming here. It is not quite as bad now as it was at first, and it in no way appears to interfere with his health. The boy is giving very good satisfaction.
