On July 21 1928, Joseph Inchley, 22 years, 3 months and 10 days, died at Lake St Clair, Windsor, Essex, Ontario, he was a Mail Carrier at Windsor Post Office. he was buried in St Alphonsus Cemetery. He died in a Drowning Accident. He had only been at the Lake for 1 hour when he died.
