The passenger list stated that Edward's birthplace was London; that his intended occupation was farming; that his destination was the Catholic Emigration Association, St George's Home, 1153 Wellington St, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; that his next of kin were his parents, Mr and Mrs Thomas A Alexander, who resided at 151 Fulham Road, Chelsea, London, England.
