Patrick O'Kelly was originally placed with William Farrelly, Arthur, Wellington, Ontario. When I visited him he was in poor health, in fact, his employer thought he had symptoms of consumption. Acting on the advice of a local physician, shortly after my visit the boy was returned to the Superintendant of the Canadian Catholic Emigration Society at Hintonburgh, where he received treatment for his illness, and in a short time was quite well again. He ran away from the Home and although a diligent search, and enquiries have been made for him, the Superintendant advises me that he has failed to locate his whereabouts
