On October 22 1918, Charles Tyers, 24, parents names left blank, born England, married Beatrice May Bill, 24, England, daughter of Walter Bill and Ann Mor??, in London, Middlesex, Ontario.

On November 11 1923, Charles Tyers, 28, truck driver, crossed into America via Buffalo, NY, his last residence was Hamilton and he was heading to Buffalo, NY, his next of kin was his wife-Beatrice, 377 Victoria Ave, Hamilton, he was going to visit a friend-Gordon McWhinnie?, in Buffalo, he gave his birthplace as Watford.

On December 14 1923, his wife Beatrice followed him to Canada accompanied by their children Morris (Maurice) aged 2, and Lillian aged 4 (married Wm TULLY).

Beatrice had arrived in Canada in September 1910 on SS Victorian aged 14 to join her sister in London, Middlesex, Ontario.

Beatrice died in 1934, aged 38, in Buffalo, New York USA. In 1940 Charles was living by himself in Buffalo, New York, a widow, working as a painter.
