Notes In 1887, Edward Myers, 9, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 129 children from Catholic Children Protection Society, Liverpool, England, accompanied by Mrs. Margaret Lacy, and en route to Hotel Dieu, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Edwd. Myers, aged 9. From West Derby Union. Placed with Mr. Patk. Kearns, Lot 28 in 7th Con., Camden Tp., Centreville P.O.--Smart boy, but of very filthy habits, on this account returned him to the "Hotel Dieu," Kingston."
