Notes In 1887, William Dickinson, 12 (along with his sister, Elizabeth Dickinson, 11), arrived at Quebec, Canada, with a group of 96 children accompanied by Mrs Margaret Lacy en route to Hotel Dieu, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
