Notes Born May 24, 1887 died June 1977
said to be in the care of the Liverpool Catholic Society
however, 2 groups of children on that sailing:
Liverpool Catholic group led by a Mrs. Lacey
and
Father Rossalli's Salford Emigration Society group from Manchester
sent to St. John New Brunswick at age 4-5 on the Circassian May 23, 1892
However, her name only appears on the ship manifest after it's first stop in Londonderry, so there can be a question as to if she actually was Irish......
There were only 8 women of child bearing age in the Liverpool/Manchester area alive in the 1891 census to be mother to this child: and a search is on.......
Taken in by the Irish retail merchant family Cullinan of St. John New Brunswick
From all accounts was treated well but never adopted.
Married William Griffith: had several children including my grandfather Paul Griffith
(Griffith's were from Londonderry Ireland originally)
