Notes Sent by St Pancras Union, placed with Thomas English, farmer, Madoc, Hastings, Ontario. Inspection on 8 April 1897.
Age about 10, comfortable home, employed at chores about the house, and helps to feed cattle, health-when he came to Mr English, he was troubled with sore eyes, and was treated for the same, his eyes are now all right. At present he has sores and blisters on his heels, and can hardly walk. He is receiving treatmetnt-attends church regularly, school-daily, character-good. Terms-Board, Lodging and Clothing. Gives satisfaction.
