NotesIn 1883, James Hart arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 115 Middlemore children en route to various destinations. [EDITORS NOTE: The sailing information was obtained from the Middlemore Index (**) but this writer was unable to find reference to it on either the LAC or ships manifest.]

This lad goes to school about four months in the year, and to church and Sunday school regularly (W.M). He suits Mr. M. very well. Has got a good home on a farm; brought up as one of their own. No other."

on March 4, 1920, at 964 Queen W., Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada, James M. Hart, 47, purchasing agent, born in England, died of intestinal obstruction, duration 6 months. The informant was his wife, Clemantine Hart. He was buried at Prospect Cemetery.

Mary Clementina Brown Hart remarried Fred Charles Polloski on June 16, 1921, at Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada.
