NotesFrederick Price was born at St. Martha's Hospital in London (from Veteran's Affairs and his war records) and his mother died in childbirth. His father died in 1910 or 1911.

In 1911, Fred B. Price, 12, arrived in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, along with a group of 77 boys en route to Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

In 1911, Fred Price, 12, was shown as a domestic / laborer on farm for David E. Krick and family in Gainsboro, Lincoln, Ontario, Canada. His date of birth is shown as July 1898 and his immigration year as 1911.

On February 1, 1916, Frederick Albert Price enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces. He declared that he resided in Bismarck, Ontario, Canada; that he was born in London, England; that his next of kin was his guardian, David E. Krick, who resided in Bismarck, Ontario, Canada; that his date of birth was July 10, 1898; that he was a farm laborer; that he was not married; and that he had previously served in the 44th (Regiment). On September 16, 1919, in Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Frederick A. Price, 21, plumber, born in England, son of William and Mary Price; and Cora Overholt, 19, operator, born in Ontario, daughter of John Overholt and Eva Hoffman.
