Winona (Fifty) Cemetery, Saltfleet Township, Wentworth - Genweb Cemetery Project
William Edwards 1905 – 1973
Gertrude Edwards 1907-1978

The cemetery records indicate the following: Section D Lot N1/2 90
William Edwards was buried March 14 1973 and Gertrude was buried February 6, 1978

The tombstone reading from OGS says “EDWARDS in loving memory / William / June 11, 1895 / March 11 1973 / Gertrude / April 12, 1907 / February 3 1978”
I believe the transcription of William’s date of birth is wrong. He was born on June 11th but in 1905. All of Gertrude’s information is correct as her birth registration says she was born on 12 April 1907.
