Albert stated he was 21 years of age; that he resided in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada; that he was born in England; that he was a carpenter; that he was Methodist; and that his father's name was Joseph Pattenden, and he did not know his mother's first name, but her maiden name had been Winch. Mary Edna, 18, was a dressmaker and the daughter of John William Sanders and Eva Maud Culverwell.

Albert and Mary Edna Pattenden had three children.

Albert Pattenden died on January 19, 1977, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
