Age 12, while this boys disposition is not at all what one could desire, Mr Carpenter thinks that there has been much improvement in him since my last report. He sent him to the Parish School last winter, and he did very well. He is apt to learn when he makes up his mind. Masterman has a good situation and opportunities for a useful training.
