NotesAlbert (Bert) was the only child of Albert & Stella. His father died in Hackney in 1922, aged 28. His mother Stella remarried in 1925 and had 2 more sons. Bert arrived in Western Australia in 1935 and was placed at Fairbridge Farm School, Pinjarra. He served in WWII:
