NotesIn 1883, Annie Tunstall, 9 (along with sister, Ellen Tunstall, 10), arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 126 children.

"Report of Mr. John Smith, Government Immigration Agent at Hamilton, Ontario, on girls brought out from the West Derby and State Workhouses by Miss Rye as of December 18, 1884.

Annie Tunstall, 9. Alphonse White, merchant, Welland. A good child, fairly strong, attends day and Protestant Sunday school and church.

This is a very desirable home and every kindness is shown to the child.

James Albert Boyd, 28, druggist, died on March 16, 1900, at Welland, Ontario, Canada, of an ulcerated sore throat, 3 weeks duration.

On December 18, 1907, at Welland, Welland, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Annie Boyd, 32, widow, milliner, born in England to Alphonso Elasca White and Johanna Overholt; and Francis Harvey Stevens, 28, widower, machinist, born in Dunnville, Ontario, Canada, to Francis Clement Stevens and Margaret Clough. Witnesses were Alphonso and Johanna White.
