He declared that he was born in London, England; that his next of kin was his sister, Daisy Adams, who resided at 49 Nelson Square Black pries, London, England; that his date of birth was May 9, 1889; that he was a farmer; and that he was not married. He was described as 5 foot 5 inches in height; dark complexion; brown eyes; and black hair.
