He declared he was 20 years of age; born in Birmingham, England; that he was a coal miner; that his last residence was in New Waterford, Canada; that his next of kin was his brother, Fred Abbott, who resided in New Brunswick, Canada. He declared his final destination was to visit his friend, Pat O'Hara, in Sandoval, Ohio. He was declared to be in good health; 5 foot 9 inches in height; medium complexion; brown hair and blue eyes.
