Denis, Ontario; that his contact in Mt. Denis was his friend, Mrs. Maxted, #1 Locust Street; that his final destination was Cleveland, Ohio; that he intended to visit his friend Mrs. Cross, 14013 Northfield Street, Cleveland; that the visit was indefinite; and that he was born in London, England. He is described as blind in his left eye; 5 foot 2 1/2 inches in height; medium complexion; brown hair; gray eyes.
