Notes In 1887, Bridget O'Donnell, 15, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 18 girls from Miss Alexander's party from Sutton, Surrey, England, accompanied by Mrs. Rose Wallace, matron, and en route to Miss Alexander's home at 51 Northcote Ave., Toronto, Ontario, Canada. (The girls were from Charlotte A. Alexander's Girl's Training Home at The Red Cottage, Great Warley, Brentwood, England.)
On November 28, 1895, at Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Bridget Matilda O'Donnell, 24, born in Ireland to Thomas O'Donnell and Johanna Daly; and Robert Joseph McCauly, 28, plumber, born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to John McCauly and Ellen Gleason. Witness to the marriage was Michael O'Donnell.
