A death registration was found for Louisa Ann Vaughan: Date: Oct-Nov-Dec 1886; Age: 38; District: Aberystwith; County: Cardiganshire; Volume: 11b; Page: 42.

In 1887, George Vaughan, 10 (along with brother, Arthur Vaughan, 12), arrived in Canada in a group of 28 Middlemore children accompanied by Mr. John T. Middlemore and en route to the Guthrie Home, London, Ontario, Canada.

On October 12, 1907, at Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between George Earnest Vaughan, 24, coat presser, born in Argyle, Wis., to Alex John Vaughan and Louise Annie Richards; and Agnes Fitzpatrick, 23, born in London, Middlesex, Ontario, Canada, to Wm Fitzpatrick and Mary Goff.

He declared that he resided in Mimico, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; that he was born in Wales; that his next of kin was his wife, Agnes Vaughan, who resided in Mimico, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; that his date of birth was April 1, 1876; and that he was a coat presser. He was described as 5 foot 3-1/2 inches in height; dark complexion; brown eyes; dark brown hair. He had a scar on his for[e]head and the thumb on his left hand was off.

On October 12, 1907, at Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between George Earnest Vaughan, 24, coat presser, born in Argyle, Wis., to Alex John Vaughan and Louise Annie Richards; and Agnes Fitzpatrick, 23, born in London, Middlesex, Ontario, Canada, to Wm Fitzpatrick and Mary Goff.
