In 1943, Frank H. S. Hoggard married Elsie Christina Brown in Coventry, Warwickshire, England. At least 4 children were born of this marriage.

Frank Henry S. Hoggard died in 1986 in Melton Mowbray, Leistershire, England. Elsie Christina Brown Hoggard died in 1992 in Melton Mowbray, Leistershire, England.
