Canadian Active Militia. He was described as 5 foot 7 inches in height; dark complexion; blue eyes; dark brown hair. He was a member of the Church of England. He had a mole at the inner end of his right collarbone; a mole on his left shoulder blade; a scar on the inner side of his right arm; and a scar on the inner side of his left elbow.
