In 1911, Frank M. Neave, 11, arrived at Quebec, Canada, in a group of 224 Barnardo boys en route to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

On July 2, 1918, at Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Frank Marques Neave, 19, was drafted into the Canadian Armed Forces. He declared that he resided in Oakville, Ontario, Canada; that his Military Service Act letter no. was 19 B. 11210; that he was born on November 13, 1898; that he was born in Manchester, England; that he was single; that he was a member of the Church of England; that he was a driver by trade; that his next of kin was his friend, Mrs. J. Myers, who resided in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. He was described as 5 foot 2-1/4 inches in height; fresh complexion; brown/grey eyes; and fair hair.

On October 22, 1924, at Halton, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Frank Marten Neave, 23, canner, born in England to unknown parents ("Barnardo boy"); and Aileen Harker, 23, shipper, born in Canada to George Oldenby Harker and Laura Laurence Hinton. There appeared to have been no children born to this couple.

Aileen Harker was born on August 1, 1901 and died in 1976. Frank Marquest Neave died in 1951. Both are buried in St. Judes Cemetery, Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
