In 1901, Rose Dale, 14, is shown as a domestic for Walter and Sarah C. Belnap of Ameliasburg, Prince Edward, Ontario, Canada. Her date of birth is shown as April 14, 1886, and her immigration year as 1900.

On July 16, 1913, a marriage was recorded at Picton, Prince Edward, Ontario, Canada, between Rose Dale, 27, daughter of Herbert and Jessie Dale, and William Grange Todd, widower, 55, decorator, and son of William Thomas Todd and Caroline Grange.

On November 4, 1916, William Grange Todd, 57, a painter, died of tuberculosis at Picton, Prince Edward, Ontario, Canada.
