NotesIt appears that in the 1911 Census he was a domestic (farm laborer) for the Robert J. Scott family of Charlotteburg, Glengarry, Ontario. In 1916 he enlisted in the Canadian army and was living in Francis, Saskatchewan as a farmer. He eventually married, had 6 children and settled in Regina, Saskatchewan.
