It was declared that her birthplace was Yarm [Yorkshire]; that her present occupation was as a school girl; that her intended occupation was as a school girl; that she was destined to Mr. Hobday, Hazel Brae, Peterboro, Ontario, Canada; and that her nearest relative in England was her mother, Sarah Kell, address unknown.
A juvenile inspector reported [T-15423]:
KELL, Freda Ann 12 . . . 1921 Barnardo's completed 1927...see file. In jail, Kingston.
On August 4, 1928, at Hamilton, Wentworth, Ontario, Canada, a marriage was registered between Freda Ann Kell, 20, domestic, born in England to unknown parents; and Andrew Lockhart, 31, ironworker, born in Russia to John Lockhart and Kathleen Harold.
