NotesThe following records have been discerned for Private William Henry Riggs. The children of Alice Sophie Brooks and Andrew Tom Riggs were Walter George, William Henry and Alice Elizabeth, all were British Home Children through Middlemore Homes. Alice had two more children although their father's identity is unconfirmed, Robert Richardson Riggs and Nancy Lillian Riggs. Alice then remarried Edward Richards and the couple had Edward Richards, Dorothy Richards and Thomas Richards.
