1911 Canadian Census for Arthur Viney states he was born in Feb of 1894 in England, and he's the 17 year old nephew of Caroline and Charles Buckle in Selkirk, Manitoba. His immigration date is 1904.

Attestation papers signed 25 Jan 1916 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Arthur Frederick Viney was born 21 Dec 1895 in Sewes, England. His current address was 338 Ferry Road, St. James, Winnipeg, Manitoba. His Next of Kin was his brother, George Viney of the same address. His occupation was listed as Fireman. 5'3 1/2" in height with blue eyes and brown hair.
