Age 15, good home, employed at farm work, heath - rather weak constitution for his age, attends church, no schooling, character fair. Terms-Board and Clothing. This child is fairly satisfactory and gives his employer satisfaction.

Smith deserted him last July. Mr Seguin does not know his present whereabouts, but thinks that he is somewhere in the vicinity of Ottawa. Smith did not get along with Mr Seguin who states he was a very bad tempered boy. He would not work and spent most of his time with the workmen on the canal. His clothes are still with Mr Seguin.

About 17 years of age, I have again made enquiries at the headquarters of the Canadian Catholic Emigration Society with regard
to this boy. The Superintendant states he has no knowledge of his whereabouts.
