On November 2, 1898, the Board agreed to allow the mother out and to keep two of her children at the Schools. The mother was discharged on November 3, 1898, taking Caroline and Michael. Caroline was re-admitted by order of the Board on February 18, 1899 (RO's Special Report). The father was discharged from Banstead Asylum on February 28, 1899, and their mother was then living at 26 Elfin Road, Camberwell New Road. Caroline and John were then discharged to their parents on March 25, 1899, who were residing at 39 Warrior Road, Camberwell New Road. May was discharged on April 8, 1899.
