Attestation papers were signed 13 Nov 1915 in Belleville, Ontario. Frederick Quick was born 1 Mar 1897 (He was actually born in 1899) in England. He was a farmer by occupation. His Next of Kin was friend J. H. Derbyshire of Corbyville. 5'5" in height with grey eyes and dark brown hair. His religion was listed as Methodist.

Commonwealth War Graves Registers and Circumstances of Casualty state that he was died of wounds at Number 6 Casualty Clearing Station. His Next of Kin was James H.
